IE Executive (Garment)

Our client is a foreign- invested company, now looking for an IE Executive (Garment, $1500, ID18203)Prepare and approve operation breakdowns (OB).Release style OBs, line layouts, and thread consumption charts in alignment with the production schedule.Estimate labor cost (CMT) and productivity for each style.Re- analyze evaluated garments to identify cost- effective methods for reducing labor costs.Simplify construction methods (seam and process) without compromising product appearance or quality.Conduct audits in factories and sewing lines to ensure compliance with OBs and line layouts by line supervisors.Explore new machinery, equipment, and systems aligned with the company’s long- term goals.Analyze labor productivity at both factory and line levels.Rationalize manpower requirements by department based on target strength ratios and efficiency data.\​​​​​​​Take the lead in applying lean manufacturing tools and practices.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across production processes.

Graduated from the College
Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering and garment production processes.
Have 05 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years of hands- on experience using the GSD system.
Proficiency in English
Male/Female. Under 45 years old
