IE Manager (Garment)

ABOUT US
Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We’re looking for IE Manager for improving production efficiency, optimizing manpower, and ensuring the factory meets cost, quality, and delivery targets through systematic process improvement and industrial engineering methods.
WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

Plan capacity and manpower allocation based on production forecast.
Establish and maintain Standard Minute Values (SMV) for all garment operations.
Monitor actual performance versus planned efficiency; identify areas for improvement and corrective actions.
Collaborate with Production, Technical, and QA teams to improve quality and reduce rework or waste.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.
Prepare reports and data analysis for management decision- making.
Analyze and balance production lines to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
Train and develop IE engineers and production staff on time study, motion study, and productivity tools.
Develop and implement effective production methods, line layouts, and workflow to achieve productivity targets.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

Strong knowledge of SMV calculation, line balancing, and garment manufacturing process.
Strong leadership, problem- solving, and communication skills.
Good command of English and proficiency in Excel / data analysis.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IE or production improvement in a garment factory.
Hands- on experience with Lean tools and production optimization.
