Import Export Specialist

Work Location: Nhon Trach, Dong Nai

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all the import/export activities.
• Cooperate with internal and external customers to support import/export tasks.
• Make and submit Country Of Origin documents (COO Processing)
• Focus on freight cost to optimize.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others.
• An assertive communicator and good negotiator.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to recommend and implement improvements.
• Proficient in English for preparing and making presentation in person and/or over internet media to have effective communication skills
• Background: Bachelor&039;s Degree, major in Logistic/Supply Chain/Foreign Trade is preferred.
• Experience in settlement reports (Customs balance sheet) is a plus
• A good and systematic memory.
• Able to mix and communicate well at all levels.
• Experience with networked PC based computer system (MS Office, spreadsheets, graphics, Email)
• Familiar in the use of general material handling equipment, machine, tooling, spare part
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Import/export in a manufacturing setting.
