Import-Export Staff | Fresh Graduates Are Welcome

Our Global Shared Service Center (Global SSC) is looking for 18 Import- Export Staff to hand over the transition of operations from our Korean Headquarters to Vietnam. The project is scheduled to go live in May, and all new team members will receive step- by- step training from our Korean experienced professionals to ensure the smooth operation.
Successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting our global logistics operations. Candidates will be appointed to one of 2 following functional areas based on aptitude and business needs.
Documentation
• Bill of Lading (B/L): Draft, validate, and issue Bills of Lading in a timely manner.
• Insurance: Coordinate with insurance providers to issue cargo insurance policies upon customer request.
• Regulatory Compliance: Submit cargo manifests and Verified Gross Mass (VGM) details to relevant parties. File Advance Filing Rules (AFR) or Importer Security Filing (ISF) for shipments to specific regions (e.g., Japan, USA).
• Document Processing: Collect and verify shipping instructions and documents from customers to ensure accuracy.
Shipment Tracking
• Reporting: Compile and distribute detailed tracking reports to customers and internal stakeholders as required.
• Cargo Monitoring: Monitor shipment status and current location using carrier websites and internal systems.
• Status Updates: Proactively identify delays and update relevant parties regarding cargo milestones.

Customer- oriented attitude
Good at English communication (both speaking and writing).
From 2- 3 year working experience in Logistics, Import- Export, SCM. Open for fresh candidates whose major in Logistics, Import- Export, SCM. Irrelevant major isn’t suitable
CV in English. Vietnamese is unacceptable
Ability to write professionally via e- mail
Graduated from University.
