In-House Service Technician and Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and hands- on In- House Service Technician & Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a dual- role position combining technical service support and warehouse management for three world- leading brands in premium water and air filtration technology and office drink solutions — BWT, IQAir, and TopBrewer.You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service, ensuring our systems operate flawlessly, and keeping our warehouse operations efficient and organized.- Servicing and troubleshooting equipment and filtration systems.- Repairing faulty products and ensuring optimal performance.- Coordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and dispatching goods.- Managing stock levels, inventory accuracy, and warehouse tidiness.- Supporting the sales and customer service teams with technical insights and product knowledge.- Maintaining service documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards.

- Fluent in Vietnamese, conversational English is a must
- Technical background or relevant experience in electrical or mechanical systems
- CAD knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem- solving abilities.
- Computer literacy (Excel, inventory systems, email)
- Organized, detail- oriented, and proactive in maintaining order in the warehouse.
