Consultancy: Use interpersonal skills and deep travel knowledge to provide expert advice and create memorable experiences for customers.
Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell travel products and services to achieve established sales targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to execute sales initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Negotiation: Handle client inquiries and manage negotiations to secure successful bookings and partnerships.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to drive growth.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.

Customer service- oriented mindset
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field
Experience in the travel industry is a plus
Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
Sales and negotiation skills
Fluency in English
Ability to work well in a fast- paced and dynamic environment
