JOB OVERVIEW- Industrial real estate agency and brokerage services in South Vietnam. Support team and Manager in sourcing, analyzing, and closing leasing and investment opportunities between industrial landlords and manufacturing and logistics occupiers and investors.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leasing Brokerage Duties (Tenant & Investor Clients)
Arrange and schedule site inspections and meetings as necessary, with the support of Admin
Make sure proposals are sent to clients in a professional and timely manner
Help the parties close leasing and investment deals through to signing Lease Contract
Build and maintain client relationships with landlords, occupiers, investors, and other partners
Carrying out work with professionalism while strictly adhering to Savills company policies
Day- to- day activities in the industrial leasing and sales/investment brokerage
Introduce tenants/investors to other advisors as required e.g., legal, tax, HR, contractors, suppliers
Support landlords and property owners to source the ‘best- fit’ tenants and investors
Assist clients to negotiate with tenants and investors and reach mutually agreeable terms
Negotiating and signing brokerage contracts with landlords (i.e., generating supply to lease and sell)
Analyze tenant and investor requirements and source the most suitable properties and solutions
Understand industrial real estate leasing and investment solutions inside out
Attendance at client meetings as required to provide professional services/consultancy
Business Development
Be comfortable with public speaking and presenting proposals, as necessary
Building your own network for generating enquiries & referrals
Proactively look to build pipeline and meet team enquiry and revenue KPIs
Actively ‘hunt’ for new enquiries, don’t wait for enquiries to come to Savills
Introduce investment opportunities and key properties to your entire network and database
Build and grow a pipeline of potential deals and projects, to be reviewed often by HOD
Sourcing and generating enquiries though referrals, personal network, Savills network, events, etc.
Follow up with website enquiries and leads as requested
Generate enquires, close deals and contribute revenue to the department
Research
Being comfortable understanding and presenting S22 Dashboard to clients
Keeping abreast with developments in real estate and related fields
Maintain client relationships with landlords and developers to collect key info
