INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

We are recruiting an IE engineer who is responsible for method, manpower resources control, and improvement.
Responsibilities
Standardization, Process Analysis, and Improvement:

Lead the team to do a 6S audit.
Join the synergy project to reduce transportation waste and processing waste among fabric mills and garments (with the guide of the IE manager).
Workstation design and improvement: Visual control, WIP, workstation design, supporting tool design
Lead team to standardize and improve process.

Lean knowledge worker training, Kaizen culture building:

Kaizen training for new workers and staff
Work on the Kaizen implementation process: meet with the department and worker, and check pending ideas (30%).
Apply Kaizen marketing to bring the continuous improvement concept to employees: monthly meetings and the Kaizen award event.

Incentive application, evaluate direct worker force utilization:

Evaluate the worker force based on order loading of 15%.
Use incentives to improve factory performance: key highlights of incentive results monthly, meeting with department for incentive increase guide

Layout control:

Based on process knowledge, provide a guide for the automation engineer to complete the layout design and layout transformation plan (10%).

Years of Work Experience: 3 years
Working place: Crystal Elegance Textiles Viet Nam (Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam)
Technical Skills: Lean knowledge
Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in MS. Office and analysis tools
Languages: Vietnamese – English, Chinese is an advantage
Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Major/Subject: industrial engineering, textile engineering, Lean related majors
