INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams for workflow optimization.
• Prepare performance reports and improvement proposals for management review.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company regulations during improvement activities
• Monitor and evaluate production line performance, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
• Analyze and improve production processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze labor requirements, production capacity, and resource allocation.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities.
• Develop standard operation procedures (SOP), work instructions, and layout improvements.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times and improve work methods.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and other continuous improvement tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with cross- functional teams.
• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• English communication skills: intermediate level.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and related methodologies.
• Good analytical, problem- solving, and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office and industrial engineering analysis tools.
