- Support mass production, SOP, follow up OEE, scrap reduction, Productivity, break down, Machine improvement and monitoring production process to meet quality, cost and output.
- Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes.
- Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production.
- Estimating production costs.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools throughout the manufacturing facility and processe.
- Performing optimization tests.
- Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing.
- Conduct process study, time study, analysis and improving process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Designing and planning equipment layout.
- Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
- Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
- Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
- Coach, mentor, and train engineers/ Internship within the Industrial Engineering team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant background.
- Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
- Intermediate English level.
- At least 01- year experience at the same position.
- Advanced technical skills, analytical thinker.
- Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD.
