INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING

* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:- We are looking for a Industrial engineering to collect and analyze production data, ensure accuracy of BOM and material norms, and support cost optimization through data- driven insights.- This position plays a key role connecting Production and Finance to enhance operational efficiency and cost competitiveness.* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES: * Main responsibility:- Collect and verify actual production data (output, cycle time, manpower, material usage, waste, downtime).- Ensure production input data aligns with standard BOM and routing.- Analyze variances between standard and actual data (yield, time, manpower, material).- Support cost breakdown and variance analysis by product or process.- Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards for management.- Work closely with Production, TD, and PPD teams to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.- Participate in Lean/Kaizen projects to reduce waste, improve productivity, and control costs.* WORKING RELATIONSHIP:- Internal: All relevant departments- External: CM (Contract Manufacturers) – when collecting or validating production data.

* EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:* Must requirement:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Management.- 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably furniture, metal, or multi- material).- Good understanding of BOM structure, material norms, and production costing basics.* Important requirement:- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot, formulas, etc.).- Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and integrity when dealing with data- Strong analytical and problem- solving ability.- Proactive, hands- on, and detail- oriented in a manufacturing environment.- Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks under high pressure.- Good teamwork and cross- functional coordination skills.- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and integrity

- Tổng tiền thưởng khuyến khích cuối năm và đầu năm Tết Âm Lịch 400.000 đồng (nếu đạt yêu cầu)
- Tiền thưởng học sinh giỏi từ lớp 1 đến lớp 12 là 200.000 đồng/cháu/năm học

Được Công ty hỗ trợ thêm 2.5% phí tham gia các loại bảo hiểm (1% BHXH, 0.5% BHYT, 1% BHTN) tương đương 109.000 đồng/tháng
