Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating KOL/KOC content campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing short- form video performance across social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, FB, ect
Key Responsibilities
1- Content & Campaign Coordination, Script Development
Write and refine scripts aligned with brand messaging, brand tone, and product demonstration requirements.
Ensure content accurately communicates: Proper product usage; Key USPs (coverage, finish, texture, shade range, etc.); Campaign messaging
Guide KOL/KOC content direction to ensure: On- brief; On- brand; On- trend
Develop content ideas and short- form video concepts tailored to Gen Z audiences.
2- KOL & Influencer Management
Coordinate closely with KOLs/KOCs to align on style, vibe and campaign direction.
3- Review and quality- check demo videos
Clearly interpret brand requirements and brief KOLs for necessary revisions.
Assess individual KOL effectiveness and propose continued collaboration or adjustments.
Build and maintain long- term relationships with KOLs.
Manage ongoing communication, follow- ups, and performance evaluation of KOLs.
before publishing, focusing on: Clear and high- quality visuals; Accurate lipstick/foundation shade representation; Proper makeup techniques; Cohesive and engaging storytelling
4- Content Performance Tracking & Optimization
Use performance data to optimize: Content direction; Script structure; Creator selection
Evaluate video structure (hook – demo – CTA).
Ensure localized content maintains the integrity of the origin
Translate demo content (E→V or V→E) (if needed) for Global Leader Check.
Propose improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Adapt content to align with Vietnamese consumer insights.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including: Views; Engagement rate; Hook retention; Conversion (if tracking links are available)

Market & Trend Research:
Proactively search for and evaluate trending videos on Social Media, especially TikTok.
Stay updated on: Makeup trends; Tik Tok trending formats; Gen Z content styles; Influencer marketing trends
Consolidate and report content trends to the Leader.
Propose innovative content strategies aligned with market dynamics.

Experience
>2 years MKT Content
experience on Social Media, e- com, especially Tiktok; or KOL Coordination experience.
Experience working with KOL/KOC campaigns.
Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, audience behavior and short- form content.
Proven background in beauty, cosmetics, or influencer marketing preferred, especially make- up line.
Good English communication
Strong short- form scriptwriting skills with trend awareness.
Good aesthetic sense for makeup visuals.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Understanding of product color tones, texture, and finish.
Basic performance analysis capability.
Strong communication and KOL management skills.
Proactive, trend- sensitive, and improvement- oriented mindset.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00.
2 free company products per month after probation.
