Infrastructure Leader - Nguyễn Tuân , Hà Nội

· Collaborate with AI & Data teams for GPU orchestration and inference scaling.
· Lead infrastructure architecture across Azure environments.
· Supervise and mentor cloud and DevOps engineers.
· Design and maintain high- availability, secure, and scalable multi- region deployments.
· Define best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery.
· Oversee DevOps automation (CI/CD, container orchestration, infrastructure as code).
· Manage monitoring, alerting, and cost optimization strategies.

Ensure compliance with SOC 2, GDPR, and internal access control policies..

Must- have
· Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or system administration.
· Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
· Proven experience leading Azure cloud operations.
· Familiarity with networking, load balancing, and security hardening.
· Hands- on experience with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Nice- to- have
· Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and Edge CDN architecture.
· Exposure to AI/ML pipelines and GPU orchestration.

Experience managingmulti- tenant SaaS infrastructure.

· Base salary: Minimum $2,500 (net)
