INNOVATION & PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

- Design and implement customer/internal promotion programs to promote efficiency
- Maintain and develop more new cooperation models with existing partners, expand new cooperation and/or increase cooperation value
- Building and developing relationships. Analyzing potential digital business partners
- Negotiate and draft cooperation proposals, contracts, legal documents and internal procedures.
- Draft/design and implement communication materials and marketing activities
- Scount and build startup ecosystems in Vietnam in fields related to fintech, technology, digital services... and/or other fields related to Shinhan
- Other tasks arising from time to time
- Design and implement innovation programs for Shinhan companies in Vietnam (*)
- Design and simulate integration flows between systems/services, coordinate with development team to build, test, deploy and support
- Develop and implement cooperation projects related to digital products, services or business models on digital platforms
- Design and implement the entire innovation program, including: program design, startup selection, implementation and coordination of PoC (Proof of Concept) projects between startups and Shinhan companies, organize Meetup Day events, Training workshops, Meetup Night, Demo Day ...
- Manage the results of each project. Coordinate with departments/Shinhan companies/partners to ensure effective implementation
- Maintain relationships with partners to nurture startups in Alumni
- Market research, trend analysis and search for digital business opportunities and new cooperation models

- Bachelor&039;s degree or higher (preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field)
- Have knowledge, experience and insights of digital business or marketing/event or partnership development
- Eager to learn, proactive, desire to develop in diverse fields
- Good communication, planning and project coordination skills
