Inside Sales Representatives (Korean + English)

Use CRM tools to track leads, forecast sales, and report progress accurately
Understand customer needs, business goals, and challenges to recommend suitable cloud- based solutions.
Identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers through inbound and outbound outreach, including calls, emails, and scheduled appointments.
Manage the full sales process from lead qualification and discovery to deal closure and contract execution.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams, as well as partners.
Stay current products, market trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position solutions.
Clearly communicate product value, demonstrate relevant use cases, and tailor presentations or demos to each customer.
Maintain and optimize a growing sales pipeline through consistent follow- up and conversion- focused activities.

Experience learning new technology and data
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Language: Korean speaking and writing
2+ years of experience working in a sales capacity
Experience or willingness to work from home
Experience in high- volume calling
Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
Problem solving skills

After passing probation, the employee will be offered a one- year contract.
Probation period is paid at 100% of salary.
Social insurance is calculated based on full salary.
Location: District 11, HCMC
The labor contract is signed after two months of probation.
Monthly KPIs, with compensation based on performance.
