Instrument / Automation Engineer

Maintenance Management – Ensure efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible maintenance operations.Technical & Personnel Support – Provide technical guidance and management advice for the team.Safety Role – Follow safety procedures, inspect work, report incidents, and promote safety awareness.Maintenance Planning – Plan, control, and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance. Analyze causes and ensure proper repairs.Team Management – Motivate staff, build safety and environmental awareness, and plan training programs.Coordination – Work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and affiliates for equipment, spare parts, or manpower support.Control Systems ProjectsPlan, coordinate, and adjust work to meet project targets.Troubleshoot issues and ensure adequate tools and equipment.Coordinate with relevant agencies for timely project information.System Repair & ImprovementRepair hardware/software of DCS, MMI, SGS, PLC, interlock, and sequence systems.Improve configurations, sequences, wiring loop diagrams, graphics, and controls for higher efficiency.System MaintenanceOversee preventive and breakdown maintenance.Support plant shutdowns with preparation, planning, and control.Data & AnalysisCollect and analyze data on manpower, equipment, and materials.Summarize results, maintain records, and recommend improvements.

Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Automation, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance Engineering or related Engineering majorExperience: 3- 5 years in related field (hands- on experience in repair and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems in petrochemical, chemical, or heavy industry plants)Able to read and interpret P&ID and instrument loop drawings.Good communication in English and interpersonal skillsProficient in AutoCAD, MS Office (preferrable)
