You will be mentored directly by senior Backend engineers and high- level managers of SETA International.

Have basic knowledge of programming and software development (through school or online/offline courses).
Effective English communication for collaboration with clients, partners, and cross‑functional teams.
Students in their 3rd or 4th year majoring in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Be able to go to the office on Thursday.
Interested in backend development, system design, and scalable architectures.
Willing to learn new technologies and take on challenges in a real- world working environment.
Familiar with data structures, algorithms, and databases.

Mentored by experienced Backend Engineers and Tech Leads at SETA International.
