Internal Audit Manager / Supervisor (Agriculture)

Our client, a foreign- invested manufacturing company, is currently recruiting an Internal Audit Manager/Supervisor (Agriculture, $1,800, ID18157).

Monitor and ensure transparency in business activities.
Manage and train the internal audit team (3–4 staff).
Participate in internal audits at branches in Vietnam.
Manage information security systems and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Identify potential risks in business and management operations and provide improvement recommendations.
Conduct audits as assigned by the Group.
Review weaknesses in the management system to minimize losses.

Experience in managing ISO systems and related certifications, information security systems and ensuring business transparency.
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Strong understanding of the animal feed and livestock industry, including production operations, with the ability to identify and manage risks.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Male/Female, 28 years old and above.
At least 3 years of Internal Audit experience in a Supervisor/Leader/Manager role within the animal feed and livestock industry at a similar- sized company.
Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem- solving skills.
Honest, detail- oriented, and responsible.
