Responsibility:
Internal communication (70%):
Develop and execute internal communication plans for company- wide initiatives and activities.
Enhance company culture through creative communication initiatives and consistent messaging
Prepare event scripts, run- downs, and ensure smooth execution together with HR/Admin teams.
Act as MC for internal events when needed.
Organize and manage internal events (team building, celebrations, company programs…) from concept to execution.
Organize and coordinate internal events (celebrations, monthly activities, workshops, team bonding, year- end events...).
Brand marketing (30%):
Collaborate with the designer for visual materials and internal branding assets.
Assist in basic marketing tasks such as simple campaign support or post scheduling when needed.
(Optional) Support simple SEO tasks if experienced.
Support content creation for the company website and social media (culture, activities, employer branding).
Requirements:
Experience in organizing and hosting events.
Creative, proactive, detail- oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in an IT company is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Communications, Content/Brand Marketing, or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Strong content creation skills (writing, conceptualizing, storytelling).
Ability to spot and leverage trends effectively.
Nice to have:
Good English both written and oral is a plus
Experience in SEO with focus on B2B and international market is a plus
