Internal Developer Platform Testing Engineer DevOps

Role
We are seeking an IDP Testing Engineer to join our internal platform team. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of the internal tools and workflows that support our software development lifecycle. You will take initiative in driving improvements in automated testing and contribute to a seamless, self- service developer experience by validating platform functionality and performance.
Responsibilities

Security Testing: Validate that the platform adheres to security best practices and that role- based access controls are correctly implemented.
Feedback & Iteration: Collaborate with platform engineers to provide actionable feedback and contribute to continuous platform improvement.
Test Case Development: Design and maintain test cases for all components of the IDP, including the developer portal, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and observability tools.
Performance Testing: Assess the scalability and efficiency of the platform under various load conditions.
Documentation: Record test results, defects, and issues discovered during testing.
Quality Assurance: Execute both manual and automated tests to identify defects, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues.

Yêu cầu công việc

Programming experience in any language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C., NET)
Hands- on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
English proficiency at B2 CEFR level or above (or equivalent) is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with automation testing frameworks (Robot Framework or Selenium)
