In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules.
Checking safety stock levels & work orders on a daily basic to place new orders on time.
Checking documents (PI, Inv, PL, HBL, etc).
Following up delivery time & contacting suppliers.
Working closely with accountant and warehouse for ensuring compliance in purchasing process.
Managing negotiation and ordering process for direct materials.
Placement of orders with vendors, as well as, expediting, deferring and canceling.
Inputting & managing data of vendors and materials on ERP system.
Working with forwarder to arrange shipments.
Generating data report when required.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
Having a good knowledge about ERP system.
Graduation from commercial or economic background.
Having 1- 2 years’ experience on purchasing activities or Import- Export.
Good command of English.
Understanding of purchasing principles and international purchasing & commercial process.
