International Sales Executive (Thu Nhập Up To $1200 - Nghỉ T7 , Cn)

Working hours: 9:00- 18:00 Mon- Fri
Working location: 19 Pho Hue, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
Mining and Caring Customers
• Searching for new customers, new markets globally.
• Searching for Customers through fairs, exchanges and talk shows with foreign business delegations, through e- commerce sites, forums, inquiries and other sources based on the approved plan which assigned from the department’s general implementation plan.
• Exploiting new international customers and taking care of old customers according to company’s data.
Tracking the Sample Orders
• Accommodating customers who visit office to purchase, do sightseeing, and test the samples. Following up and arranging the delivery of samples to customers according customer’s requirements.
• Offering samples, bidding, and negotiating about the price.
• Coordinating with the production department to meet customer’s requirements.
• Preparing the samples following customer’s requirements.
Tracking order Progress
• Fulfilling orders, making orders and tracking order progress with the production department.
• Participating in coordination activities to ensure the products are manufactured and delivered to customers on time.
Other works
• Works related to third party operations and authorities: working with the shipping service provider (shipping company, Express, domestic transport, insurance, customs brokers, etc.. certificate authority…)
• Other tasks requested by superiors.

• Working in a combination of principles and flexibility
• Ability to negotiate
• Preference for candidates who has knowledge of Incoterms 2010, customs law, commercial law.
• Graduated in the majors of Economics from the Universities of Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages, Economics, Hanoi University…
• Fluent in English for 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing)
• Building credibility with customers
• Ability to work under pressure, willing to work overtime.
• Gender: Male/Female with over 2 year experience in the same position
