• Lead regional revenue, margin, and pipeline performance across Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, and Hong Kong.• Drive specification- led sales strategies with architects, designers, developers, and contractors.• Act as senior commercial lead for key customers, partners, and market influencers in the region.• Implement disciplined sales processes, CRM standards, and pipeline governance across all markets.• Provide accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and data- driven insights to leadership.• Collaborate closely with Regional Director and cross- functional teams to deliver regional strategy.
