Inventory Accountant

Manage VAT invoices, to assure continuity of VAT invoice
Provide report on the use of output invoice to senior accountant monthly
Support and correctly issuing invoice and the delivery documents to make sure the smoothly delivery process
Work with Warehouse team to make sure to calculate inventory exactly
Issue VAT invoices
Reconcile debt with suppliers regarding goods
Co- ordinate with senior accountant make report VAT monthly
Others report and other assignment by CA, Finance Director, and Managements
Ensure files and documentation to manage thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
Make report on the use of invoices VAT output- compared to SAP system daily
Check inventory periodically and unexpectedly => Update inventory promptly and accurately

Good in English verbal
Good in MS Office (excel, …)
Have over 1- 2 years working experience at similar role
Graduated from University of Accounting, Finance
Ability to work independently, carefully, and accurately
Prefer experience of SAP user
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadline
