Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
In charge of M&A transaction services, including deal sourcing and investor sourcing. Manage the entire deal flow from deal origination, marketing, valuation, structuring, due diligence, contract review until deal closing. The focus would be on real estate industry and may include other opportunistic sectors.
• Assist with deal structuring, due diligence, contract review, and fulfillment of conditions precedent to facilitate deal closing, with support from junior and senior team members as needed.
• Work with the team to prepare investment memorandum, valuation model, and set up project data room
• Other tasks as assigned by COO or Head of Business Division.
• Actively secure mandate on either buy- side or sell- side, and lead the deal process from deal onset to closing
• Build up and maintain relationship with investors, including funds, developers, financial institutions to identify potential buyers
• Build up and maintain relationship with property/land- owners to identify properties/land plots available for sale
