IT Administration (26712)

- Support maintenance, and management of network infrastructure, servers, and databases.- Support SAP system (data storage system)- Ensure stable operation of the computer network system as well as IT equipment at the main office and branches (HCM and Hanoi)- Install software, and tools on the server to serve data storage, source code, deploy Web Server, Database Server.- Control, and troubleshoot computer system and hardware security issues.- Support departments to install, and operate software, and technical work, and periodically check and maintain IT equipment.- Manage IT equipment, and coordinate with equipment suppliers when there is a purchase, warranty, or inspection of IT equipment.- Coordinate with IT outsources and Japanese Headquarter- Coordinate (Create) some operation systems for each department, … at the main office and branches (HCM and Hanoi), or other future facilities in Vietnam.- Other tasks assinged by Manager

- Acceptance of business trips to group companies (not frequently) and branch offices in Vietnam (currently only Ha Noi).
- Good communication in English (Strong Intermediate or above)- communicate with Japanese Manager and Headquarters
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of working experience as IT admin/helpdesk
- Having knowledge and experience of SAP
- Experience working with oversea technical team to support users and customers.
