- We are seeking a forward- thinking IT and Digital Transformation Manager to lead our digital initiatives and IT infrastructure. * Key Responsibilities:
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation across various business units and implement scalable solutions using technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation tools, and AI- based systems.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high- performing IT and digital transformation team, providing guidance on process automation technologies and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Budgeting & Resource Management: Develop and manage the budget for digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on investing in automation technologies and process improvements.
- Technology Strategy Development: Collaborate with business leaders to assess existing processes, recommend improvements, and deploy new digital tools that reduce manual tasks and enhance productivity.
- IT Infrastructure Management: Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software systems, ensuring they are optimized for automation and performance.
- Data Security & Compliance: Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while integrating new technologies.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure the smooth adoption of automation technologies and digital processes across departments.
- Lead Digital Transformation Projects: Design and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, focusing on areas of process optimization and automation to drive operational efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine business processes, implementing data- driven strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Oversee relationships with third- party vendors and IT contractors, ensuring timely delivery of digital tools and process automation solutions.

* Qualifications:
- Proven track record in leading large- scale digital transformation projects, with a focus on automating processes and improving business operations.
- Proficient in English communication (Interviewing in English)
- Excellent understanding of enterprise IT architecture, cloud computing, and data security.
- Strong experience in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and the implementation of automation technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years of experience in digital transformation and process automation.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience in leading cross- functional teams.
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with expertise in implementing automation tools and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Certifications in project management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma) are preferred.
