IT and Digital Transformation Manager

* Job Overview:
- We are seeking a forward- thinking IT and Digital Transformation Manager to lead our digital initiatives and IT infrastructure. In this role, you will focus on process optimization, automation, and the implementation of innovative digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will drive the company’s digital transformation strategy while ensuring our IT systems are robust, secure, and scalable. You will work across departments to implement technological advancements and lead process automation efforts to achieve business excellence.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Digital Transformation Projects: Design and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, focusing on areas of process optimization and automation to drive operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high- performing IT and digital transformation team, providing guidance on process automation technologies and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation across various business units and implement scalable solutions using technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation tools, and AI- based systems.
- Budgeting & Resource Management: Develop and manage the budget for digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on investing in automation technologies and process improvements.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Oversee relationships with third- party vendors and IT contractors, ensuring timely delivery of digital tools and process automation solutions.
- Technology Strategy Development: Collaborate with business leaders to assess existing processes, recommend improvements, and deploy new digital tools that reduce manual tasks and enhance productivity.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine business processes, implementing data- driven strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Data Security & Compliance: Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while integrating new technologies.
- IT Infrastructure Management: Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software systems, ensuring they are optimized for automation and performance.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure the smooth adoption of automation technologies and digital processes across departments.

* Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years of experience in digital transformation and process automation.- Strong experience in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and the implementation of automation technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning).- Proven track record in leading large- scale digital transformation projects, with a focus on automating processes and improving business operations.- Excellent understanding of enterprise IT architecture, cloud computing, and data security.- Strong project management skills with expertise in implementing automation tools and technologies.- Exceptional communication skills and experience in leading cross- functional teams.- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is preferred.- Certifications in project management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma) are preferred.
