Là cầu nối giao tiếp giữa khách hàng thị trường Hàn Quốc và các phòng ban liên quan (Kinh doanh, Dev, BA, Tester, PM).Acting as a key communication bridge between Taiwanese clients and internal teams.
Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy trình và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng trong quá trình thực hiện dự án.Ensuring compliance with processes and quality standards during project execution.
Thực hiện dịch thuật tài liệu, biên – phiên dịch trong phạm vi dự án được phân công từ tiếng Hàn sang tiếng Việt/tiếng Anh và ngược lại.Performing document translation and interpretation within assigned project scope from Korean to Vietnamese/English and vice versa..
Hỗ trợ BA/PM theo dõi tiến độ và phản hồi từ khách hàng.Supporting BA/PM in tracking progress and client feedback.
Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu dự án.Performing other tasks as required by the project.

Thành thạo tiếng Hàn (nghe – nói – đọc – viết). TOPIK 5+ là lợi thế.Proficiency in Korean (listening, speaking, reading, writing). TOPIK level 5+ is preferred.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, phiên dịch và thuyết trình xuất sắc; có khả năng diễn đạt các vấn đề phức tạp một cách rõ ràng, dễ hiểu.Excellent communication, interpretation, and presentation skills; able to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành tiếng Hàn, CNTT hoặc các ngành liên quan..Bachelor’s degree in Korean Studies, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Có kiến thức nền tảng về CNTT hoặc đã từng tham gia vào các dự án phát triển phần mềm (hiểu biết về quy trình Scrum, Agile, các thuật ngữ kỹ thuật cơ bản là một lợi thế lớn).Has basic IT knowledge or experience participating in software development projects (understanding of Scrum/Agile processes and basic technical terminology is a strong advantage).
Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí Comtor hoặc các vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực IT.At least 2 years of experience as an IT Comtor or in similar roles within the IT industry.
