SCOPE OF WORK
IT Developer is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining software applications that support resort operations, including gaming platforms, guest services, and internal digital- transformation initiatives. This role works closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high- availability solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Application Development & Support
Maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and user guides.
Maintenance: Providing ongoing support and enhancing existing systems to ensure reliability.
Working with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
Provide Level 2–3 application support, troubleshooting production issues and performing root- cause analysis.
Design, code, develop, test, and deploy web- based and enterprise applications.
Testing, and debugging applications to improve performance.
Customize and enhance existing systems, casino platforms, and reporting tools.
System Integration
Build and maintain APIs and middleware for integration between hotel, gaming, finance, and guest- facing systems.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance across interconnected platforms.
Work with third- party vendors and system integrators during implementations and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with gaming- industry and hospitality regulations.
Participate in vulnerability remediation and audit activities.
Follow IT security standards, access- control policies, and data- protection requirements.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in digital- transformation and automation projects.
Coordinate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams.
Support UAT, go- live activities, and post- implementation stabilization.
Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to hospitality and enterprise IT.
• Optimize system performance and code quality.
• Propose automation, workflow enhancements, and modernization initiatives.

QUALIFICATION
Education
3–7 years of experience in software development or enterprise application support.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong knowledge of:
REST APIs, JSON/XML
C, .NET / Java / Python / JavaScript, front- end (HTML/CSS/JS), or back- end technologies.
SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL
Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, PMS, POS).
Strong troubleshooting and English communication skills.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar) is a plus.
DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker).
Experience in hospitality, gaming, casino, or resort environments.
Highly experienced in advanced business analysis and requirements- gathering skills.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 / SAP / Oracle Hospitality systems.
BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Strong collaboration and vendor- management skills.
