IT Governance Officer

Develop, review, and improve IT policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of IT processes; provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Propose and coordinate process improvement initiatives to enhance IT service quality and the internal user experience.
Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers.
Collaborate with the IT Security team to establish, update, and publish information security policies and IT risk management procedures.
Oversee the implementation of information security measures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct training and internal communication to promote awareness and understanding of IT policies, standards, and procedures.
Monitor and enforce compliance with IT policies across the organization; identify and address any non- conformance.
Work closely with related departments (IT Operations, Security, PMO, etc.) to ensure all IT activities comply with corporate standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Over 2- 5 years of relevant experience in IT governance, IT process control, or IT risk management.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Solid knowledge of IT governance, information security, and relevant frameworks
Detail- oriented, compliance- focused, and well- versed in internal control processes.
Prior experience in the finance, banking, or securities industry or within a large- scale corporate IT environment is an advantage.
