IT Local Support

JOB SUMMARYProvide IT services and support daily administration tasks as business requirements from Unicity MKT Viet Nam & Unicity Labs Viet Nam.DETAILS OF RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS- Setup/reinstall PCs/laptops, printer, network equipment both HN and HCM office.- Provide end- user support on Desktop systems, networks, hardware/software setups and troubleshooting.- Support end users for all IT issues: PC hardware, install software, printers, fax, telephone, network, projector…- Respond to telephone / email / instant messenger enquiries from internal users on technical support, troubleshooting and resolution.- Monitor network, operation system, VOIP system and surveillance to ensure the stability of service.- Perform regular data backup and server administration.- Maintain IT Inventory and proper record.- Assist in projects as assigned by Manager.- Maintain Finger scan, queue system, sound system, monitor CCTV and Server backup- Manage Active directory/email account.- Setup and manage meeting room and conference room devices: Projector and sound system/- Monitoring and managing all IT devices in Ha Noi/HCM office- Provide remote support to users from other countries as requested.- Other requirements as actual business requirements from Unicity.

Knowledge of setup and configuration network router/firewall, switch, IP phones/ WIFI access point.
Self- study and Self- learning on new technology and willing to improve on technical skills
Ability to speak/read/understand English technical documents in order to acquire, develop knowledge in the process of IT training.
Knowledge in computer hardware and software including TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Windows Desktop, MS Office, Outlook or experience of IT help desk.
Independent, proactive and positive attitude. Excellent customer service oriented mindset and able to work under pressure. Good team player with regional mindset.
Good problem solving, analytical and evaluative skills.
Graduated from High Diploma or above in Information Technology, or related discipline.
