IT Presales Supervisor _ Good English

- Configure systems, prepare quotations, BOMs, and technical proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
- Address technical feedback from customers and provide clear solution comparisons with competitors.
- Research the server market in Vietnam, stay updated on the latest technology trends, competitor offerings and customer needs.
- Maintain detailed project and solution documentation, ensuring smooth handover to post- sales or implementation teams.
- Liaise with vendors/manufacturers for product updates, pricing, certifications, and special project support.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, solution demonstrations, proof of concept sessions to support sales activities.
- Support sales negotiations by providing technical justifications and assisting in clarifying customer queries.
- Analyze technical requirements in tender documents, coordinate documentation and ensure compliant and timely submissions.
- Provide technical training and knowledge sharing to internal teams to enhance sales capability.
- Consult with customers to understand business and technical needs; design and recommend optimal server, storage, network, CCTV solutions.

- Knowledge/experience at least 3 years in servers, storage, CCTV, or surveillance systems.
- Strong analytical, consultancy, and communication skills.
- Ability to bridge technical solutions with business value.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and security solutions.

- Experience working with major vendors such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Hikvision, or equivalent.- Preferred: Fluent in English communication; experience with bid documents or technology project implementation.
