We are looking for an IT Presales / Technical Presales who is fluent in Chinese (Taiwanese/Mandarin) to support IT software projects and participate in presales & sales activities for the Taiwanese market.
This role will work closely with Sales, Project Managers, and Development Teams to understand customer requirements, propose suitable IT solutions, and support the sales process from a technical perspective.
Responsibilities
Presales & Sales Support
Participate in presales activities: requirement gathering, solution consulting, proposal preparation.
Prepare technical documents: proposals, solution overviews, presentations, quotations.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal technical teams.
Support sales meetings, demos, and client discussions (online/offline).
Communicate with Taiwanese clients to understand business needs and technical requirements.
Project & Technical Coordination
Translate and clarify requirements between Chinese- speaking clients and Vietnamese technical teams.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and PMs to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
Support project kickoff, requirement clarification, and change requests if needed.
Market & Client Support
Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
Assist in preparing RFP/RFQ responses.
Support sales team in Taiwanese market development.
Requirements
Language Skills
Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) – especially Taiwanese clients (spoken & written).
English communication skill is a plus.
Vietnamese is required for internal coordination.
Technical / Business Background
From 1–3+ years of experience in Presales / IT Comtor / Business Analyst / Technical Sales.
Basic understanding of software development processes (Web/App, Outsourcing, Agile is a plus).
Fresh candidates with strong language skills and IT mindset are welcome.
Experience in software outsourcing or IT services is highly preferred.
Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to non- technical clients.
Background in IT, Software, Information Systems, or related fields.
