IT Project Delivery Executive

Develop basic training materials and support onboarding of users to new tools or workflows.
Support the definition and validation of automation use cases, including triggers, error handling, retries, and exception scenarios.
Ensure all delivery activities follow Maison&039;s IT processes and standards.
Collaborate with vendors and development partners to ensure timely delivery, clear communication, and high- quality outputs.
Assist in preparing functional and technical documentation, including use cases, flowcharts, mockups, and user manuals.
Support cross- functional workshops to align business needs with technical solutions.
Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving automated workflows, ensuring reliability, scalability, and data accuracy.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders for new features, system improvements, or integrations.
Track and manage enhancement requests, bug fixes, and support tickets within an agile or semi- agile framework.
Assist with basic budgeting and procurement processes for software delivery projects, including reviewing proposals and contracts.
Coordinate and support workflow automation and system integration initiatives, including platforms such as n8n, APIs, and data synchronization between e- commerce, CMS, ERP, CRM, and third- party services.
Coordinate and follow up on IT change requests raised by internal departments across platforms including Haravan, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and other systems.
Support testing (UAT), validations, and go- live preparations for new system features or updates.
Assist in preparing deployment and rollout plans for new automations or integrations, including UAT, go live, and post- go- live support.
Coordinate internal project status reporting and update.

Exposure to basic project management methodologies, including scheduling, issue tracking, and sprint planning. Critical thinking and strong problem- solving mindset.
Basic understanding of data formats (JSON, CSV) and data mapping between systems.
Basic understanding of workflow automation concepts (triggers, conditions, branching, retries).
Basic knowledge of AI prompting (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus, especially for enhancing productivity, documentation, and automation of repetitive tasks.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, especially in e- commerce. Familiarity with platforms like Haravan, Salesforce Commerce, or Wordpress is a strong advantage.
Experience or exposure to integrating LLM APIs, such as: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude.
Familiarity with API- based integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, authentication methods such as API keys or OAuth) is an advantage.
Basic understanding of AI / Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in content generation, automation, and e- commerce workflows.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and external).
Good command of English for reading, writing, and oral communication is a plus, especially for documentation and coordination with external vendors.
Knowledge of the retail industry or omnichannel operations is preferred.
Background in Business Analysis (BA) is a plus. Comfortable working with technical vendors and cross- functional teams.
Ability to synthesize business needs into structured, technical documentation.
Exposure to automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
