IT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team work to develop good understanding of client companies and post jobs on job boards and social media.
Approach potential candidates, pre- qualification screening and send shortlists to clients…
In charge full cycle of recruitment process.
Weekly report with team leader to track KPI and ensure target achieved.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideally 4- 5 years recruitment experience, especially from recruitment agency is preferred.
Proven track records of successfully hiring IT positions.
Result- oriented, highly motivated, a team player with good customer service mindset.
English communication.
