IT Scrum Master

Facilitating to get the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
Removing impediments or guiding the team to find the right solution for any issue occurred.
Facilitating discussion, decision- making, and conflict resolution.
Guiding the team on how to get the most of a self- organizing team.
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem solving.
Guiding the team and organization on how to use Scrum practices.
Train, coach teams to use Agile tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence.

Highly motivated, directed, and a team player.
Ability to employ persuasion/ negotiation skills with discretion and consideration.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem- solving skills.
Excellent English in both written, oral communication, and mentoring skills.
Experience working in a team- oriented, collaborative environment.
Strong understanding of Scrum framework.

Salary, Bonus & Allowances
