Continuously review and improve information security processes./ Liên tục rà soát và cải tiến các quy trình ATTT.
Support internal and external audits./ Hỗ trợ công tác kiểm toán nội bộ và bên ngoài.
Design and deliver training and communication programs to raise awareness of information security and IT risks, fostering a strong security culture within the organization./ Thiết kế và tổ chức các chương trình đào tạo, truyền thông nâng cao nhận thức về An toàn thông tin và rủi ro CNTT; phát triển văn hóa bảo mật trong tổ chức.
Coordinate periodic assessments with internal teams to identify weaknesses, risks, and compliance gaps, and recommend appropriate preventive controls./ Phối hợp với các đơn vị nội bộ triển khai đánh giá hệ thống định kỳ nhằm phát hiện các điểm yếu, rủi ro và lỗ hổng trong việc tuân thủ, đồng thời đưa ra các biện pháp kiểm soát phòng ngừa phù hợp.
Check and monitor the organization’s compliance with information security./ Kiểm tra, giám sát việc tuân thủ ATTT của tổ chức.
Develop, implement, and continuously enhance information security compliance policies in line with Government regulations, the State Securities Commission/Exchanges, and international standards./ Xây dựng, triển khai và cải tiến liên tục các chính sách tuân thủ An toàn thông tin (ATTT), phù hợp với yêu cầu của Nhà nước, Ủy ban/ Sở Chứng khoán và các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế.
Perform other tasks as assigned by department management./ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do Lãnh đạo phòng giao.

Familiarity with legal regulations in the securities and financial sector is an advantage./ Có hiểu biết về các văn bản pháp luật, thông tư trong lĩnh vực chứng khoán – tài chính là một lợi thế.
Good understanding of security vulnerabilities, information security controls, and assurance methods./ Hiểu biết về lỗ hổng bảo mật, các biện pháp kiểm soát ATTT và các phương pháp đảm bảo ATTT.
Good at English is a plus, not required/Tiếng Anh tốt là một lợi thế, không bắt buộc.
Knowledge of international IT standards such as ISO 27000, ITIL, NIST CSF, etc./ Hiểu biết về các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế trong CNTT như ISO 27000, ITIL, NIST CSF, …
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields./ Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT, An toàn thông tin, Khoa học máy tính hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Strong ability to draft and issue compliance documents and policies./ Có khả năng soạn thảo và ban hành văn bản, tài liệu tuân thủ.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure./ Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt; có khả năng làm việc độc lập và chịu được áp lực cao.
