Provide first- level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Support online meetings & video conferencing systems (Webex, MS Teams, Zoom…).
Prepare guidelines and quick tips to help users work smarter.
Set up and maintain VoIP phones and time attendance systems.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals.
Be the single point of contact for IT- related calls and emails.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
Log, track, and resolve incidents via the ITSM system.
Follow up to ensure each issue is fully resolved with user satisfaction.
Yêu cầu công việc
Degree in Information Technology, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
Good communication in English (verbal & written).
3+ years of experience in IT Service Desk or similar technical support roles.
Solid knowledge of Windows environment, TCP/IP networks, printers, and IP phones.
Strong customer service mindset, proactive, responsible, and team- oriented.
Certifications such as ITIL, MCP, or MCSA are a plus.
