IT Staff

- Maintain IT system and equipment according to headquarter’s instruction
and standards.
- Work with headquaters IT team to maintain network devices, servers,
storages.
- Install and configure computer hardware and software, video conference,
phones, printers, maintain door access and cctv systems.
- Implement software upgrades, service requests and troubleshoot issues for
users in a timely manner.
- Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical
support when needed.
- Manage IT Assets.
- Other task sassigned by the leader.

- Graduated from university with a major in computer science or engineering
r related fields;
- Experience about IT system, prefer candidate has experience on helpdesk.
- Can use English or Chinese (reading and writing)
