IT System Administrator (Cloud Infrastructure)

Hybrid Infrastructure Administration (On- Premises & Cloud)
- Operate and maintain Data Center infrastructure equipment.
- Recommend improvements to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve incidents and ensure service continuity.
- Monitor system availability, capacity, and performance using enterprise tools.
- Manage centralized storage systems (SAN/NAS/Object Storage).
- Operate and optimize server systems (Linux/Windows, VMware virtualization).
Core IT Services & Platform Management
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot key IT services including:
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, CA, Web services (Nginx/IIS/Apache), Mail services (Zimbra/Exchange).
- Participate in infrastructure upgrade and transformation projects as a technical SME.
- Administer cloud- based services: Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AWS.
- Support software license and subscription optimization.
Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Develop, implement, and maintain backup policies for servers and storage.
- Participate in DR planning and perform regular DR testing.
- Ensure system recoverability according to internal SOPs and compliance requirements.
Documentation & SOP Compliance
- Provide guidance to ensure consistent execution of SOPs across the IT team.
- Create, update, and maintain technical documents, operation manuals, and SOPs.
- Conduct quarterly reviews and ensure procedures comply with IT policies and regulatory standards.
Training & Technical Knowledge Sharing
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies to support IT modernization.
- Lead internal knowledge- sharing sessions across departments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of SAN/NAS storage and backup systems.
- Good understanding of Data Center operation and infrastructure design.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VLAN).
- Strong understanding of server administration (Linux, Windows).
- Proficiency with VMware virtualization.
- Minimum 2 years of hands- on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or AWS.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations (Data Center or Hybrid environments).
