IT System Engineer - English Or Chinese

 Solid technical background, understanding or hands- on experience in IT system integration
 Building technical knowledge and contributing to developing the support function within the team
 Working with a result driven style with the responsibility towards the customer for concluding and closing tasks
 Assisting, primarily, the sales office in Vietnam, with both sales and pre- sales support
 Basic project administrator/manager working experience in the IT field
 Excellent Client- facing and internal communication skills
 Report and escalate to management regularly and/or as needed
 At a professional communication level, maintaining a good dialogue with the customer throughout the resolution of a project
 Establish and maintain relationships with clients, third parties and vendors
 Others assigned by manage
 Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
 Providing advanced phone, onsite, and chat support to clients, third parties and vendors
 Good conflict management skill
 Ensure that these tasks are delivered on- time, within scope and within budget

 Computer: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CAD and other necessary.
 Language: Good written and oral skills in English and Vietnamese, Chinese is a plus.
 Experience: 3- 5+ years related work experience in IT a similar technical supporting position Experience in one or more of the areas below are: camera knowledge, network protocols, surveillance camera systems, servers and storage systems, access control system, client/server OS, cabling system and others.
 Certificate: Certification of MCSE and CCNA preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

 Salary from 12 million to 20 million (negotiated directly with the boss).
 Comfortable and dynamic working environment.
 Annual team building 2- 3 times/year.
 13th month salary bonus.
