The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering day- to- day technical support, including hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless IT operations and a secure technology environment.
This role requires expertise in troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, IT asset management, and cybersecurity best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Creation of IT vendor contract management standards
• Support incident logging and SLA- based resolution workflows
• Maintain IT asset inventory with regular audits
• Enhancement of cybersecurity controls (M365 Security, MFA, data backup solutions)
• Troubleshoot connectivity, device, and system access issues
• Handle onboarding and offboarding (device setup, account provisioning)
• Development of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
• Perform basic Microsoft 365 Admin Center operations
• Provide day- to- day end- user support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications
• 2+ years of hands- on experience in IT support or system administration
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience
• Experience in IT operations within professional services, corporate, or enterprise environments preferred
Skills & Competencies
• Strong problem- solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• End- user support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and Microsoft 365 Admin Center
