Purpose:
• Make sure to keep existing applications in optimal use
• Install, configure and diagnose computer hardware. Install software and resolve technical software issues.
• Monitor, maintain computer systems, internal networks, internet, telephones.
• Support end users in using computers, software and IT equipment.
• Provide a quality support
• Ensure continuity of service
Duties:
✓ Verify and analyze application backups
✓ Assisting with systems integrations
✓ Complete the ticket application for each intervention
✓ Ensure that policies are followed by employees
✓ Diagnose and replace damaged equipment, replace ink for printers and fax machines.
✓ Provide a monthly report of incidents handled with suggestions to reduce incidents in the next month.
✓ Identifying and resolving application and infrastructure issues.
✓ Installation and Update software
✓ Basic knowledge about domain controller, user, group, policy
✓ Provide a monthly report of on the general state of applications.
✓ Manage User Devices (computers, printers, scanners, photocopiers, etc.).
✓ Manage Username, Email, Internet line, entire infrastructure/server system of BU.
✓ Configure applications
✓ Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
✓ Diagnose and fix technical errors related to software and viruses.
✓ Basic knowledge of network: IP, VLAN, DNS, VoIP, Camera
✓ In charge of planning installations / updating / maintenance operations with external partners
✓ Provide user training
✓ Knowledge of computer structure and experience in troubleshooting for computers and network.
✓ Manage Communication Information (switchboard systems, fax machines, telephones, etc.).
