Italian Chef consultant

As an Italian Chef consultant, we rely on you to:
Conduct hands- on training and coaching for the kitchen team, including recipe transfer and cooking techniques.
Work on a short- term or long- term consultancy basis, depending on resort requirements.
Advise on the selection of high- quality and suitable ingredients, ensuring consistency and availability.
Consult on the development, enhancement, and upgrading of Italian cuisine menus in line with 5- star resort standards.
Propose cost optimization solutions while maintaining premium culinary standards.
Provide guidance on culinary concepts, presentation styles, and quality standards for the Italian restaurant(s) within the resort.
Develop the culinary skills, technical knowledge, and Italian cuisine mindset of local kitchen staff.

We are looking for someone who is:
Currently residing and working in Vietnam (preferred).
Possesses extensive knowledge of both traditional and contemporary Italian cooking.
A formally trained culinary professional with a strong foundation in Italian cuisine.
Available for flexible engagement: one week per month over the next three months, or a continuous three- month placement.
