Coordinate with OPS Supervisor, Yard Controller, Data CS, Trucking, and related teams to ensure smooth inbound/outbound operations.
Check manpower availability at the beginning of each shift and allocate staff to working lines based on FIFO and operational needs.

Plan, assign, and control workforce for daily CFS warehouse operations.

College/University degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields.Knowledge of warehouse operations and workforce planning.Strong planning, coordination, and problem- solving skills.Good communication skills and ability to work independently.Proficient in MS Office.2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manpower planning is an advantage.
Prepare daily operational reports and support audits when required.
