Japanese Speaking Project Manager in Vietnam, Japan

The Japanese Speaking Project Manager should be adaptable to navigating complex project requirements and be prepared for occasional travel to Japan for client and stakeholder meetings.
Main responsibilities include coordinating with cross- functional teams, overseeing project milestones, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

S., M.S. or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant major.
PMP Certificate is a plus.
Hands- on experience with Agile methodologies is mandatory.
At least 5 years of managing software development projects with Japanese clients.
Open to working in Tokyo and other major cities in Japan.
Strong English communication skills are preferred.
Willingness to learn and understand the Energy domain.
Possess excellent communication skills in Japanese, with a minimum of N2 level proficiency.
Strong experience in applying knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project requirements.
