Java Developer

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Frontend Developers to analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the system after release.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand- ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Optimize application performance, improve system stability, and troubleshoot issues in development, testing, and production environments.
Participate in system design and architecture for Jarvis onboarding products, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with coding standards and best practices.
Coordinate closely with team members to plan tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery according to project schedules.
Write technical documentation, including system design documents, API specifications, and development guidelines.
Develop, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and related frameworks to support onboarding workflows.
Research, evaluate, and apply new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance system efficiency and development productivity.

Graduated from University, College with major in IT
+3 years of experience
Experience in building backend systems for mobile/web
[required]Knowledge of ORM such as Hibernate, JPA, master of orm/sql transaction concepts
[required]Proficient in object- oriented programming, Java core ,cloud
[required]Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Security, Spring Data.
[option]Experience in writing Clean, Testable Codes
[required] Experience in building systems according to Microservices architecture, Domain Driven Desing, Event Sourcing, CQRS.
[option]Experience in implementing microservices on Kubernetes is an advantage
[required]Having an object- oriented design mindset and proficiently using design patterns.
[required]Knowledge of databases like Oracle, Mysql: sql optimization, indexing, function
[option]Experience in handling caching, message Queue(Redis or Kafka)
[option]Experience in Log framework, understanding of layers for logging when monitoring, operating an enterprise system(ELK)
