Job description
This role welcomes junior members who are eager to build strong engineering fundamentals, gain hands- on experience in automation testing, and grow within a professional product environment.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and test objectives.
Support the integration of automated tests into existing CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins).
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web and API applications using modern frameworks (e.g. Playwright).
Identify defects, document test results, and contribute to overall software quality.
Apply automation test best practices, coding standards, and testing fundamentals.
Key requirements
Skills in at least one of these programming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python.
Less than 1 year of experience in software development, automation testing, or a related role.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Strong adaptability, proactiveness, and willingness to learn.
Good English communication skills.
Nice to have
Knowledge of test automation principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Practical exposure to at least one automation framework (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
Exposure to API testing (Postman, Swagger, Rest Assured, etc.).
