At gbc engineers, we’re expanding our Engineering Department in Ho Chi Minh City and we’re looking for BIM Engineers (Junior) to join our international team of experts from Germany and Vietnam.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain BIM models for structural projects using market leading BIM Software, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Create and detail 2D/3D models and drawings of structural components such as reinforced concrete (cast in situ and precast concrete), and steel structures.
Support the development and improvement of BIM standards and workflows across the company.
Perform clash detection and provide BIM- related insights to enhance design quality.
Ensure all models and drawings comply with project standards, industry codes, and quality requirements.
Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural models into overall project designs.

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
0–2 years of experience in BIM modeling (for Junior).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Good understanding of structural design principles and construction methods.
Proficient in Revit, Allplan or Tekla BIM Software for more experienced level.
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) is a plus
Team player with proactive can- do attitude, curious, and learning- oriented mindset.
